ViewGadget is perhaps one ot the easiest program that you will ever install on your PC. By using the default settings, you should be able to install it in under 30 seconds. 

1. To start the download, click here

2. When the "File Download" dialog box opens, you can either save the installer, or run it from our web server.  If you save the Installer to your local hard drive, click the "OK" button.  Once the file is downloaded, browse to the directory that you save the file two, and execute it.

 

 

3. Once you execute the installer, it will uncompress and display the following dialog box.  ViewGadget was compressed and designed to download quickly and load fast.  Please click on the finish button to open the installation program itself.

 

 

4. Welcome to the installation program.  Please select the "NEXT" Button to continue.

 

 

5.  Please select the installation directory for ViewGadget, and again click on the "NEXT" button.

 

 

6.  ViewGadget has now been successfully installed onto your system.  Please click the "FINISH" button to close the installation program, and configure ViewGadget for you system.

 

 

7.  You must accept our license agreement to run ViewGadget.  If you do not, ViewGadget will close.

 

8.  ViewGadget can display 15 different types of computer images.  You must check each box to associate ViewGadget with each type of file.  Don't worry you can EASILY disassociate ViewGadget with any file type, through the preferences menu later.

 

 

9.  Welcome to ViewGadget!!!  The first window by itself appears unimpressive, however, with a simple right click of you mouse in the VewGadget you can begin to see your options.  There is no traditional file menu.  You can click on "Preferences" to customize ViewGadget to your needs.  You can open any image file associated with ViewGAdget by double clicking on it.  Of coarse, you can also Drag and Drop to the ViewGadet window, or Browse for a file using the Open Command.
